Thanks to Jean Wilkins at Allstate for assisting me with my first tire blowout experience today. My 17 year old daughter was driving on the expressway and her back tire blew out. She was ok and made it safely to the emergency lane unharmed. I called Allstate and Jean answered. She assisted me with what my policy covered and helped me to register for the Allstate app. The app was awesome and very helpful.
