I have dealt with Trish B. for both my car and tenant insurance now and she was absolutely amazing to deal with. Very quick at responding to all of my questions and getting me set up with insurance quickly.
I have been with Allstate for over 13 years and dealt with great agents in south common who I can get ahold of or respond to my emails making changes asap. I couldn’t get a hold of my agent for a while. I tried calling the south common number and got a central line. I emailed multiple agents at the south common location, no response. Finally I wait 90 minutes on hold to speak to a “central agent” he told me Allstate has changed their business model and you no longer get an agent, the agents are only to focus on “sales”.
