Absolutely the worst experience I have had with any Insurance company. Long wait times on costumer care. Zero action on updating contact information. And the wrong account billed and full cancellation without any notification to the proper parties. Now I am shopping for new insurance. Years of no missed payments and they punished a customer for their own issues.
Worst Insurance company ever. Horrible costumer care. Long wait times, poor communication. Careful cause their mistakes will become yours. Will never recommend to anyone.
