I called Allstate today. Wait time was supposed to be 84 minutes. In the past they usually offered call back option, which today they did not. After being on hold for 2:05 hours, it said that the call couldn't be completed today and I should call back tomorrow. That is absolutely unacceptable treatment of customers and I am considering cancelling my policy after having been a customer for a very long time.
Absolutely brutal company to deal with. Good luck getting a hold of anyone unless you are opening a new policy …. Save yourself the headache and get insurance anywhere but Allstate
Absolutely disappointed in this company after providing them my business for 10+ years on both auto and property insurance. Phoned today to inquire as to why my property insurance increased significantly in the absence of any claims....ever. Shulla was very respectful, willing to help and said let me explore any possible discounts. Asks me if I have a dog and of course I say yes as I've had the same dog for the ENTIRE duration of my policy. Totally impossible to reach - wait time on hold is most of the time over 110minutes.
Felicia provided the best customer service I’ve ever gotten from any company. She was so patient, knowledgeable, and kind. Definitely recommend seeing her for any of your insurance needs!!
