Customer put on terminal hold – I went in for an insurance quote and met with the owner. In the middle of our conversation, he received a call from a customer who he (obviously) knew. He put the customer on hold. I told him to go ahead and take the call. I figured that I'd be there a while anyways. He said, "That's O.K. He'll wait."
