I found Scott to be the kindest, most knowledgeable man. I was pleasantly surprised on how he took the time out of his busy Monday morning to explain things and answer my questions, no matter how silly they were. He was able to get my Teen a great rate compared to what others have offered. I may have to switch to Allstate myself just based on his service
