For the most part I’m satisfied with Allstate. Definitely give Laura Guevara a “20” for her service. The biggest problem with Allstate is the frequent increases for car insurance. I have an older car, no tickets in last 5 yrs, retired so I don’t drive my car everyday and don’t drive many miles when I do my errands, no longer drive on freeways. Currently looking for another insurance company with lower prices.
Used to have them for home and auto, but I got tired of them never getting back to me when I had a question. More importantly, got really tired of overpaying for auto insurance. I called and tried to find out why my rate was so high and they wouldn't even attempt to find out. Instead they would just say "thats the rate Allstate is providing right now."
