My mom had car insurance with them for 25 years- recently we moved to New Brunswick from ONT. We all switched our licenses etc. Minus my brother who was on my mom's car insurance but who doesn't live in the country anymore. Instead of sending an email or calling my mother to inquire about the renewal etc. since it was coming up, they just canceled it. No notice, nothing! After 25 years of paying monthly on the dote never missed a payment. Yup. Thanks for rewarding her.
I called in December 2024 and left a message with a call back number and details about the motorcycle that I wanted to buy.
