Ryan Floyd is one of the best competent agents who can take care of your insurance needs.
Though I like Ryan Floyd and bound coverage with him via phone and email this September 2021, I have yet to get him to personally respond to my recent calls and emails. Instead I have a Robert Lucas answering and he appears to be or has been an Allstate agent out of Mint Hill with a closed office. I dropped by Ryan’s office and this is what I got - a closed down office. I can’t get clarity on who is managing my accounts.
