Roger Bentley no longer owns this Allstate office, and it has gone down the tubes. As has, I believe, Allstate. I was a customer of Allstate for 54 years, from New York and here in Arizona. The premiums for autos have done nothing but skyrocket. This agency provided nothing but excuses for this. I had always worked under the belief that Allstate was worth paying a premium for and never really checked out the competition. I was shocked when I finally did.
