I was a 30+ year customer who had not had an accident or ticket in over 30 years due to stress, Covid & a young kid causing yet another accident with 60 days of my initial accident after having a perfect driving record. I was dropped as a long time customer. So I’ll never recommend Allstate. They are only loyal if your accident free. Because, I know I paid more into my insurance than they paid in the 2 accidents I had. No loyalty was given to me.
I have never had a bad experience with Allstate. My claims have always been well handled and I appreciate the comfort I have in knowing that Allstate has my back. My one disappointment is the rate hike I received during this current renewal period. My rates have jumped nearly $100 per month. After two years of pandemic, followed by rising costs in living expenses (groceries, utilities and fuel) adding another nail in the coffin with the increase in my rates is jading my experience with Allstate.
