Calls go to customer service in different location. Spent over 2 hours with no help.
I've had Allstate for over 5 years now and I recently moved and had to leave my prior agent. This was by far the worst customer service I've ever received from an Allstate agent and they were very unprofessional. I couldn't even make my payment after calling ahead for their business hours and being told they were open. The Manager Chris then scolded me that that location is currently closed because the ladys husband had died and they had bigger problems than my complaining, all I asked for was an email confirmation of my age... read more
