This past policy renewal has been nothing but frustrating. Poor communication, not following through with sending information, and now debiting money from my account without my permission when both my policies are paid in full!!!

Patrick and his staff have been wonderful. They explained the options and coverages for my home and auto policies so clearly and helped guide me to the best coverage for my needs. They are always so friendly and helpful.
Patrick Brown office in West Ashley is the best . They're always helpful and they go the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of. I don't know why anyone would say other wise. I hope Patrick and his team keep up the good work.
