I cannot say it enough: DO NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM ALLSTATE, ESPECIALLY THIS BRANCH. These people are incompetent, immoral, and impossible to deal with. I took all of the necessary steps, as instructed by agents here to cancel my auto insurance policy, and they continued to charge me my monthly premium for several months before I was FINALLY able to cancel it. Spent well over a decade with All State. Switched to another insurance company because the insurance rates kept rising. You would think after being a customer for so long All State would want to hear why your switching. Rather then asking why, they send you to collections even though your insured with another company and closed all payments with All State.
