Literally the WORST agent and company I could think of. It took over 7 months for them to fix my car when it wasn’t my fault. I maybe spoke to “mike” ONCE despite my car being damaged for months. Honestly if you want Allstate go ANYWHERE else plzzzzz Update: I added road side assistance and they are unable to help me.
Worse auto insurance company I've ever dealt with. They're not upfront about what is required when you start a policy. It's a waiting game with them. They say they'll call you back and they don't..... Now I've got to look for insurance last minute elsewhere.
