This group is amazing. I couldn't get insurance from other companies because our oil tank is below ground. They were the only one to insure, so thankful. But I also had to get a documentation for different things, and they were very easy to work with. Cheyenne was very helpful. The group also did a great bundle for me and it will be saving me $1100 dollars altogether.

Ive been with Allstate for over 40 years. Started with agent Faw then, when he retired, with McGovern Kilby. Bought a new vehicle and was shocked to see how much my insurance had increased. I called the office and talked with Lauren. Lauren took the time to go over my policies and worked with me to get the cost down. Once the policies were written she called me back the next day and together we were able to lower my cost even more. Adding a new young driver is a daunting task to say the least, however, my representatives here have been great at explaining the process and helping get me the best coverage. I have been a customer for years and they have proved to get me the best rates and the most competitive prices!

I have been an Allstate customer for over a decade with a reasonable premium and a clean driving history. After a very minor, low-speed at-fault incident involving (2) cosmetic bumper scratches only, with no injuries and a total payout of about $1,700, my bi-annual premium was increased from $1,272 to $2,150. That is nearly a 70% increase for a minor claim that caused no meaningful damage or risk. This was not a major accident, not a pattern of claims, and not an indication of unsafe driving. I left Allstate months ago and would have let sleeping dogs lie. However, Allstate and McGovern Kilby's office has continued in their shameless money grabbing practices. I've been forced to come back and say something about my own experience. I have had a single insurance provider my entire life and for that loyalty? Purchasing a brand new car with best in class safety features raised my 6 month premiums, hundreds of dollars. Switching to another provider saved me $1,200 off my ORIGINAL rate.
