Agency is like going back in time. Not really helpful with proof of insurance. Their policy is different than the insurance they provide. They go out of their way to NOT be helpful.
I have been coming here for over 25 years. This, as you can imagine, has encompassed a lot of vehicles and policies, including the time my car was stolen. Luann and her staff have always been responsive and helpful. I have always felt well advised and fairly taken care of in a very courteous manner. In addition, my experience with the Allstate system as a whole has been completely satisfactory, and that is an understatement. I would not think of going somewhere else.
