absolutely terrible, outdated insurance company to work with. worst service I've ever had, by far. there are much better, sleeker, and cheaper options nowadays through companies such as Root Insurance. avoid Erika and her team at all costs.
I received creepy mail from this insurance provider. It included a picture of my home and it said that I needed insurance During this "uncertain time". I felt threatened by this mail,. I will not include a picture of the mail as it includes a picture of my house and my address.
