Received a bid from this Agent for 2 autos and a home. After acceptance and electronic signing I was notified of a mistake in the policy and the agent wanted more money which they received. Two days later, another mistake in the policy. This time they didn't even ask, but extracted the money from the bank account I had on record with them. The lady said she had no simplistic reasoning for the 2nd increase (mistake) and they could absorb the cost. They did not, and ghosted me when I called.
