There’s not much to say really, just overall good if not better customer service, I had Ms. Bianca help me with adding insurance to my vehicle and throughout she made sure any doubts or concerns were gone, actually felt valued for being a customer
I'm still fairly new with the company. I called spoke to Cynthia and telling her that I had a "Flat Tire! Towing came and a Donut or Spare didn't come with my vehicle. I ask the towing guy if he could take my tire get it plug, he said he could put a spare on. I was able to borrow a tire at church. I called All State to ask a question about and it was Never told to me about a flat tire. I've been insured by All State particularly with first David and now Korey for years. Even if I can save a couple bucks else where, I stay with this team because they're amazing with customer service and consulting in my needs as my needs change. Bianca has been my Rep the whole time, I'll never leave her! She easily communicates my options and makes me feel really comfortable making decisions.
We love our Allstate fam! The team here is always friendly, fast, and makes insurance way less boring than it should be (which says a lot). They actually care about their clients and somehow make adulting feel… manageable.
