Kim Gore is rude and has terrible customer service. Shop elsewhere.
Lance Gore agency handles all our insurance needs. They look for all the discounts and created a package that fit our budget. Customer service is exceptional. Questions and request handled within a day.
Allstate beat our State farm existing rate by a mile, plus our Allstate agent, Lance Gore walked us through signing up for all of the appropriate discounts through paperless billing and automatic renewal. They also helped me with the app and how it ties in to our policy. We couldn't be happier!!!
