Horrible insurance agent - go elsewhere - seriously! It was too much work for him to write an auto policy. After he made a mistake and issued the wrong coverage/policy, it took him 5 weeks to try to fix it, when he still didnt get it right, he told me "Ive spent enough time on this!" As a customer I was left hanging. When I asked why he he couldnt honor what he wrote in an email, he said "I dont know if you can read..."
