Avoid this agency at all costs. I had been with Allstate in Chicago and were referred to his office when we moved here. What a joke of an agency. We bought a home, they didn t inspect it before closing and then once we closed and could no longer ask anything from the seller they send a letter in the mail saying I have 2 wks to replace our roof or they re dropping us. First, had I known this ahead of time we would have requested a portion of it be paid by the seller, secondly, 2 weeks to come up with 13K for a new roof? Clear... read more

Horrible insurance agent - go elsewhere - seriously! It was too much work for him to write an auto policy. After he made a mistake and issued the wrong coverage/policy, it took him 5 weeks to try to fix it, when he still didnt get it right, he told me "Ive spent enough time on this!" As a customer I was left hanging. When I asked why he he couldnt honor what he wrote in an email, he said "I dont know if you can read..."
