One of the many insurance agents who bought my personal info off an online quoting service and is now calling me with quotes I did not request or give them permission to run.
Morgan Sprouse whom works at this agency. I had dealings with her on a professional level. She had a know it all attitude. Yet didn’t know what she was speaking of. I believe she was already having a bad day when we encountered one another. She then proceeded to try to take it out on me. She was rude and condescending. I sure hope she doesn’t treat the clients terribly as well.

To reach an agent is impossible. I have trouble reaching them through phone and web email. 1800 Alstate is not a correct number. Seems you cannot talk to a live agent anymore. Review was one star before with Justin Caruso. I have now modified my review to four stars with Rick Hernandez. 👍
