Stay away from AllState they have been terrible in the last 2 years I've had them. Constantly switched my adjuster, had no idea what was going on and ultimately made me pay m deductible even though I was hit by a drunk driver in a uhaul while parked in a parking lot.
Many, many years I have had the impeccable service of Allstate in San Antonio, Tx., always at the office of Joe Franklin and previously Mohan Sumiyoshi.
Easy to deal with.
Allstate, and my agent Joe Franklin, has always been awesome in customer service and their compassion to me when it was needed. I have all my insurances with them. I wont consider going with another company or agent.
