I have always had wonderful service at this Allstate branch. I always refer to Gloria as the “insurance goddess” because there’s no issue she can’t resolve. The entire staff is friendly and very competent whenever I stop by or call.

Buyer beware. Don’t be fooled by the name or their motto “You’re in good hands”. Yeah right. Their hands are just the to collect the monthly payment. When it really comes down to helping out their customers they tend to turn the other cheek. We are customers of over 20 years and honestly i can say that they are a very big disappointment.
