They are always helpful. They are awesome. Been with them for years. Price is a little high for the coverage and for my income, but would not go anywhere else. Johnny and his staff are the best.

Unfortunately I have had a couple of claims the last few years. These claims were just bad luck as I have been fortunate to be claim free for a long time . Allstate has backed me 110% and they have handled these claims hassle free. I am loyal to Allstate Insurance and don't need to shop for better insurance as I already have the best. Their rates are competitive and I would be willing to pay more for a company who has my back.
They 99% of the time answer the phone and have answers to your questions if they don't they find out and call you back thank you
