Shout out to John for being the only Allstate agent to actually answer their phone. (Not lying when I say I have been on hold 3+hours today with the 1-800) John is not even my listed agent, but he listened to my issue and attempted to help me figure things out. I appreciate your effort John and if I can somehow switch my policy over with you, I’m in.
Got charged for nothing, never been insured from them but I get an email after a year that you have 700$ in collections this is ridiculous
If you want high rates and zero customer service, Allstate is for you. I've a CLEAN RECORD and zero ductible. And my insurance went up by $700, 2 years in row. No explanation, no contact ,nothing. That's how they treat loyal customers. Do your research. There isn't any good reviews anywhere. Except there own site.
