Caution This company uses predatory business practices and have recently been reported to TDI (Texas Dept of Insurance). My family snd I used this company well over a decade only to find out we were being charged for things we never consented to via automatic drafts. When we caught it, they blamed us and wouldnt refund our money, or produce documents showing my consent. Our policy ran out 7/29/2022. Absolutely horrendous service. If I could give zero stars I would. Completely unprofessional agency that ended up costing me, despite the situation being ENTIRELY their fault. But hey, they aren't accountable to anyone and who cares about the customer anyway. They don't need you, and they act like it.
