When I emailed Jennifer to explain the problem AGAIN and told her I'd never recommend her agency to anyone, this was her reply: I sure hope I can make it without your recommendations. Best of luck to you. Just what I'd expect from such an unprofessional agent.
I have had nothing but horrible service since Jennifer took over. There is never anyone to answer the office phones. Jennifer is NEVER available. If someone does finally answer the office phones, they say they will call back and never do, especially Lupe. I've had issue after issue with them not doing what they say they will do, causing deduction of extra payments, etc. I finally cancelled both policies back on Feb. 22, 2019 in writing because I found coverage for my home and my auto for significantly cheaper rates. Terrible. Most of my emails and phone messages were ignored. Majority of the time nobody was there to pick up the phone during business hours.
