Poor communication, had to chase this office down for information. Switching from Allstate because of my most recent experience!
I have always been pleased with Allstate since I use them for my home insurance for the past 20 years almost 21 now and the agent have always been the best! I got a check back for an overpayment after adding a vehicle to the company which tells me he is looking out for the best of my interest and that is great! Am happy to be with Allstate. Don't think I need to switch to anyone else. I would recommend Allstate to anyone I know. Gracias Jeff!
