First met Jay at the Calgary Home and Garden Show. He followed up with me exactly when he said he would. Within one day we agreed on an Allstate policy, at a much reduced cost than my previous insurer. My impression was that Jay made every attempt to provide the best policies (home and 3 vehicles) to fit my needs and my budget.
