I recently changed my Insurance to AllState......unfortunately when I called the 1800 number, they never went over premium prices with me for my home Insurance.... they just got my info..... then my Mortgage company sends me an updated amount...an extra $800 a month. Why you ask, because the 1800 people made my deductible super low driving my annual payment up almost triple. Luckily I went to see Mrs Tammy Cook here in Abilene. I love these people. I work in the car business and always have to call agencies for different reasons. Some are decent, some are good but a few are just exceptional. Jay and Tammy are absolutely the best agents I have ever had. They are always very attentive to everything I need, easy to get in contact with and have been saving me a ton of money on my cars and house.

I feel safe and thanks to Tammy who is a great help. She deserves a promotion and a paid vacation with a large pay-raise... it's people like Tammy that make us feel safe with the knowledge it takes to know you have the right coverage. I really enjoy doing business with this office! I switched over to Allstate about 6 months ago and it has been a breath of fresh air. Best prices for the coverage-hands down. I have been with farmers, geico, state farm, farm bureau, and progressive in the past; Jay Hansen Allstate makes these guys look bad. From the pricing to the kind office help they have it in the bag.
