Impossible to talk to a real person. Been trying for a month to get a claim settled. No help at all from agent.
As a premier vendor for Allstate I recommend Jake and his staff for customer service and knowledge of their products.
Not responsive at all. I spent several weeks trying to get in contact with someone about my policy and just ended up cancelling. I started off using the ‘contact us form’ on the website and didn’t receive a response. Then I called a few times before I finally got a person on the line. I requested a quote, was told it would be sent over the next day, and received zero follow up.
