They're a very snooty and upity. If you don't make a bunch of money or rub elbows with millionaires they basically don't care about you. I would definitely not give them my business. Both locations are awful.

I am a past employee and i was let go and was not explained why.. I was never wrote up for anything, never had any issues with any people i worked around but was given a non rehire-able reference. I will tell you, this company is a joke. They don't care about their clients or employee's. I wouldn't recommend working there or getting any type of insurance from them. They are crooks.

I am giving one star because it makes you, if I could it would be negative! I went in to pay my bill and one of the agents hit my car. It would not have been that big of a deal had she told me and not just left. She told someone else inside the office and I found out from a third party. Then when she came back from lunch she rolled her eyes while she said "oh sorry" and had a no big deal attitude about the whole thing. I am extremely livid and will be looking for another company even if they are more money.
