I hate that my long time friend Howard Maxwell is tangled up with such a sorry, no good company as Allstate. Twice, we have had roof damage, and twice, while other adjusters from other companies are offering to replace entire roofs, the adjusters come out and come up with all sorts of creative ways to get away with paying to replace 10 shingles!
