I cancelled my account a long time ago, I don't go through every single transaction on my account every single month. I did notice recently that all state is still taking out about $11 a month after I called this location and told them to close out my account. Shady business practice to tell a customer everything was closed out and still take out money every month when I'm not using their service. Horrible. One star is too much. Lino Innocenzi is not even a real person, just a name for the agency. Staff is incompetent and full of ridiculous excuses. Payments were not processed, resulting in lack of coverage and another Allstate agent caught and corrected their errors. Do NOT do business with this agency.

Horrible service , asked to speak to Lino multiple times and never got a chance to speak with him. The person I spoke to , will was very hostile and told me the person working on my policy was his first week and to excuse his makes and then proceeded to blame me. Then come to find out my mom has the same agent, she checks her home owners policy and they were taking her money but the home wasn't covered . She had to switch to Darlene Morales in Olympia.
