George has been our agent for quite a few years and has always been available to answer our questions. I feel he gives great service.
I called today at 4:30pm to get my insurance cards printed and the girl said come on in they are ready, we're here till 6pm. I arrived at 5:25 to the doors locked and no one answered the phone. That's just bad business. Anytime I call I ask why our rates have gone up and I get no answer, we have had no claims or accidents the entire 2 yrs we have had them! Poor customer service. Guess it's time to find a new agent,maybe one that answers questions and stays till close.
