They are honest people. Most agents would try to sell you on the most expensive or add-ons but not Jared. He actually counseled me through my options and was very very very patient with my questions! They really feel like a mom and pop shop because they pay close attention and seem to genuinely care about you and the well-being of your pockets. When it came to claims for towing and lock outs, I think I had close to 4 in one period and they paid it without my premium going up. Impressive!
