The most unsupportive Insurance company ever. My son was rear end Mon am. I called and started the claim process around 8:10 that morning. I was told I will be contacted in 1 to 3 buisness days. It is now Fri evening and no one has reached out. I called the 1 800 number around 7 times thru out the week. They would not tell me who the adjuster was or put me in contact with them.
