Each phone call I’ve had with Allstate has been over an hour long hold time. With torturous hold music that makes you listen to an ad every 20 seconds so you can’t even put the call on hold mode because it recognizes the bots voice as a human. One of the hold times was even an hour and a half long and then it said “we’re sorry, we can’t help you today”…. The estimated wait time just kept going up.
