For as much we pay with All State I like renewal insurance card to be mail to me not to down load from computer
The process was simple, and everything was explained to us. Dwayne Hargis and his receptionist are very nice.
My mother went to go ask questions on her policy, was greeted with attitude with from the employee there with so much disrespect, made my mom sit at a corner that she has to wait for Dwayne to arrive , then screaming with customers there that she was quitting . Then told my mother that she could find a different agent. Handle you employees attitude definitely will be filing a grievance .
Mr Dwayne Hargis was very well informative for us! He answered every question we asked him! I wish there were more people like him
