One evening I called Don Wilson's office with a question about some insurance papers I couldn't find in my files that I needed. Not realizing it was after hours, I got their voicemail. I did not leave a message and eventually found the paperwork I needed hidden in a file. The next morning I received a call from them. They noticed that I had called and wanted to touch base and see if they could help with what I had called about. THAT is customer service!
Don Wilson is a great man, and everyone else in their office is too. This insurance company really cares about their clients. Don fought for a insurance claim with me and we won. I will never use anyone else.
