This is the second Allstate agent that I have been and I truly believe Allstate must train these agents to: 1) Not return calls to their PAYING customers; 2) To be elusive; and 3) unprofessional. They promise on the office message to return calls within 48 hours, well its been a week and not so much as an email or anything. I am filing a complaint the NC Insurance Commission for my specific issues.
Called several times to get fax info for car I purchased. Lady who answered was very blunt and did her best to NOT be helpful. I do this everyday and this is one of the most unhelpful places I have ever called
