Peter and Wendy are great to work with. They listen and show that they really care. Whenever I call the office, they answered right away. My concerns are addressed promptly. They always follow up with an email to make sure my needs were met and if there's anything else they may help with. I have been with them for several years and will recommend them to everyone.

Ginsberg sold me a citizens policy for condo insurance. Somehow, although I paid, I cannot get them on the phone because message says their number not a working number... Very frustrating..,,no explanation
STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY!!! We spoke with agent, David Ginsberg today, who threatened to cancel our insurance because he did not agree with how the conversation was going. We received a cancellation letter, although our insurance was paid by my bank TWICE after this agency lost our first payment due to their disorganization.
