My insurance career with Allstate started in 1990 in Dallas, TX, when I began to help families with their insurance needs. My family and I decided to settle in Bentonville, Arkansas in 2011. I returned to my auto and personal property insurance roots and purchased another Allstate Insurance Agency in NWA. Really, really difficult to get ahold of. Have to go to the physical office to get anything done. Rates are fine but 0 customer service unless you drive to their office.
Daniel gave me windshield coverage with a deductible of 600. So i had to spend 600$ on windshields before they would cover it? What good is that! They do not have your best interest in mind.
