They were very,up front and straight forward,they were very helpful and got me a really exceptional rate on full coverage,and tow ins wich was great,now liking the price& hoping to continue to keep me in a safe place!:).
Cheyenne was very attentive and helpful in setting me up with the FAIR plan. She knew all of the ins and outs to help me get to a monthly price in my range without underinsuring me.
Service was great. They were super helpful and clearly explained things for me. And on top of that they helped me save money :D
I received good service and had all of my questions answered professionally. I was offered a few options to accept additional risk by having higher deductibles but am just going to stay where I am with both the homeowners and auto policies. My only concern is the 20% bump in homeowner insurance premiums. We have never made a claim but the premiums continue to go up. I understand that we are in a "pool". I just wonder how large that pool is and what geographic area it covers.
