Impersonal service. Takes a lot of effort to communicate. Never actually talked to my agent. Everything online. Not used to that. Don't like it.
wrong charge show up on paid in full account, because of their mistake will not fix. asking for manager will get a call back. I have been waiting for manager for few day. Never hear anything from manager. asking for Khan and still waiting for call back. do not do business with these people they are will take your money and never help with claim or dispute.
I cannot get them to mail copies of my auto & home owners policies. I’ve asked them several times over the last few months
