I would give zero stars if it would let me. The employees think they can talk to customers however they would like, and it’s probably because even the boss Scott does it too. Employees also told me information that was not correct on my policy and they had to chance my policy numerous times adding to the cost of my insurance because the people who work for all state do not know how to do their jobs correctly. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.
