After I got notice that my car insurance raised 83.00 I cancelled my insurance. I was told by Samuel wollersheim to cancell and do not take the money from my bank account . Just one excuse after another. Kast time I talked to him he said he would refund my money but it would take 7 to 10 working day it's now been 16 working days and nothing.
I have dealt with a few insurance companies in the past n had bad experiences. This one by far has been the best!!!
Unresponsive to emails. Always had an excuse that they never received the email after multiple attempts, but also would never respond if they did receive my email. Had to call and verbally confirm. In 2019 we suffered major storm damage. The adjuster allstate sent was unprofessional, was terrified to inspect my roof and attic but found the time to under value it without an inspection.
