I just wish the communication was a bit kinder and more empathetic. I know I wasn’t the easiest person to deal with either, especially when I hung up and wasn’t as patient as I should have been. But lately, I’ve felt like the people I’ve spoken to haven’t been as understanding or friendly, which made things more frustrating.
Talked with Michelle on the phone today to get my Windsheils replacement started and she was absolutely delightful and made the process super easy. 10/10 recommend
I’ve only been impressed while working with anyone at the Crowther and Larson Allstate office in Spanish fork. They make my wife and I feel like they truly care about us being customers. Anytime I’ve had questions or have wanted help with something they go out of their way and above and beyond. Allstate has been a great insurance provider too and we’ve been able to save money while being very well protected. I will always recommend this specific office to everyone I know. Thank you!
Love the service at Crowther and Larson Agency. They are always so willing to help and are very polite. I wouldn't trust my home and car insurance to anyone else.
