Pretty good.
frequently does not answer phones during business hours and unhelpful about making policy changes. seems like they just want to sign you up but not service the account. difficult to work through allstate directly because their phone system automatically forwards you to your agent for all policy changes. If you have an unresponsive agency like Roy's, then you're out of luck.
Have been trying for 2 weeks to get my rep Kevin Giles to return my calls or emails concerning my homeowner's policy. Also can't get Agency's owner Roy Zamarippa to respond to calls or emails. This is the worst Agency that I have ever been associated with
